Dahmer Cafe
This is one of my favorites. It
began as an idea, "What if Jeffrey Dahmer ran a cafe?" The
initial version I wrote was totally sick. It basically
covered all the (human) dishes on the menu described in
great detail. It was funny, but only if you had a sick
sense of humor, and it wasn't going to work in front of a
typical audience. We played with it for awhile and it
finally came together when we lightened it up and turned it
into an opera. Enjoy!
